Site rules

The Site is a free classifieds board where users post listings for real estate, goods and other offers. The Site operator is listed in the "Contacts" section below.

The operator is not a seller, buyer, landlord or intermediary in deals between users and does not take part in payments between them.

The Site may be used by persons aged 18 or older. Persons under 18 may use the Site only with the consent of their legal representatives.

Your login is a phone number confirmed with a one-time code. Only one account may be registered per number.

Users must provide accurate information, keep the password secret and not share access to the account. All actions performed from an account, including through a personal API key, are deemed performed by the user.

A personal API key acts with the same rights as the account. Users must keep the key secret and revoke it if it may have leaked.

To change the number without access to the old one, the user contacts support; the change is made after a review by the administration.

A listing must match the chosen category and deal type and contain an accurate description, a real price (or "price on request") and photos of the item being offered.

One listing — one offer. Posting duplicates of the same listing is prohibited.

The listing text is written in one language (Russian, Armenian or English). A moderator may add translations into the other languages of the Site; a translation does not change the meaning of the listing.

Every new listing and every significant change to a published listing is reviewed by moderators. Until the changes are approved, the previous version stays visible on the Site.

Listings are published for a limited time (60 days by default), after which they move to the archive and can be republished. Daily limits on new listings apply.

Showing the phone number is enabled by the user in profile settings and in each listing. Every view of the number is recorded.

Offering goods and services whose circulation is prohibited or restricted by the laws of the Republic of Armenia: narcotic and psychotropic substances, weapons and ammunition without permits, counterfeit documents and money, stolen property, prescription drugs, protected animals and plants, etc.

Posting knowingly false information, misleading others, or using the Site for fraud, pyramid schemes or other illegal schemes.

Spamming, advertising third-party resources unrelated to the listing, or publishing other people's contacts without their consent.

Violating the rights of others, including copyright in photos and texts, publishing insults, calls for violence or discrimination, or sexually explicit material.

Circumventing the Site's restrictions: creating multiple accounts, automatically collecting other users' data, interfering with the operation of the Site.

The administration may reject a listing, return it for changes with a comment, hide or unpublish it, fix obvious mistakes and add translations.

If the Rules are violated, the account may be paused or banned, with the reason and, if needed, the term stated. Existing listings may be hidden.

A user with a restricted account can still contact support unless this has been disabled by a separate decision of the administration.

Any user can report a listing. Reports are reviewed by moderators.

We recommend meeting in person, inspecting the item or property before paying, checking property documents and not paying in advance to strangers.

The operator does not verify the legal status of properties and goods and is not responsible for the fulfilment of agreements between users.

Users are responsible for the content of their listings and guarantee that they hold the rights to the texts, photos and videos they post.

By posting content, the user grants the operator a free, non-exclusive right to display it on the Site and related services, store it, process it technically (compression, previews) and translate it into the Site's languages for as long as the listing is posted and stored.

The Site is provided "as is". The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The operator is not liable for losses resulting from deals between users or actions of third parties, to the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Deleting listings and accounts through the interface is a "soft" deletion: the data is hidden from the public and can be restored. Retention is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

To delete your account, contact support or the operator.

The operator may change the Rules. A new version takes effect when published on the Site; users are notified of significant changes on the Site.

Relations arising from the use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
